Foekje Dillema was grootste concurrente van Fanny Blankers-Koen Aan de opmars van de Nederlandse atlete Foekje Dillema (1926-2007) kwam abrupt een einde, toen ze volgens een seksetest van de Koninklijke Nederlandse Atletiek Unie (KNAU) een man bleek te zijn en voor het leven geschorst werd.
